Triple Helix Kebijakan Pendidikan, Tata Kelola Unit Pendidikan, dan Sumber Daya Manusia
Abstract
Pola kebijakan Pendidikan dan kaitannya dengan tata Kelola Lembaga dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia Indonesia menjadi hal sering terdengar akhir-akhir ini. Sudah tentu ini menjadi masalah nasional yang harus diselesaikan Bersama dengan melibatkan seluruh stakeholder. Pada penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Triple Helix hubungan kolaboratif antara kebijakan Pendidikan, tata Kelola pada satuan Pendidikan dan pengaruhnya pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia kita. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi Pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sinergitas seluruh stakeholder sangat dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Pemerintah, pengelola satuan Pendidikan, pengguna lulusan, dan masyarakat harus saling berkolaborasi dalam pembangunan SDM bangsa, karena investasi terbaik suatu bangsa adalah keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusianya. Pemerintah merancang sebuah kebijakan dan memperluas layanan Pendidikan yang dapat menjangkau seluruh masyarakatnya dan unit satuan Pendidikan mengimplementasikan kebijakan tersebut agar pergerakan arah kemajuan bangsa semakin menuju kearah yang lebih baik. Salah satu cara meningkatkan investasi sumber daya manusia adalah dengan Pendidikan. Pendidikan harus terselenggara secara merata dan berkeadilan sosial. Karena setiap warga negara berhak atas tersedianya Pendidikan dan tanpa marginalitas dari golongan tertentu. Hubungan triple helix dan kolaboratif antara negara, kebijakan pendidikan, sekolah dan perguruan tinggi serta stakeholder juga sangat menentukan output Pendidikan.
