Penerapan Metode Simplex Dengan Microsoft Excel (Solver) Untuk Optimalisasi Hasil Penjualan Tempe
Abstract
Dalam dunia perdagangan masalah optimasi meliputi memaksimumkan keuntungan (maksimasi) atau meminimumkan biaya (minimasi), dimana keduanya dapat diselesaikan menggunakan metode simpleks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan produksi rumah tangga tempe kedelai milik Ibu Kusmini yang beralamatkan di Desa Bulu, Kecamatan Sukomoro, Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan metode simpleks. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah Ibu Kusmini selaku pemilik industri rumah tangga tempe kedelai. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis menggunakan metode simpleks dengan microsoft excel fungsi solver. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan banyaknya jumlah produksi optimum dari masing-masing produk (tempe ukuran kecil, sedang, besar) pada produksi rumah tangga tempe kedelai milik ibu Kusmini sehingga memperoleh keuntungan maksimum.
