Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA di Kecamatan Huamual Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat
Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine whether or not there is a significant influence from the principal's leadership on the performance of SMA teachers in Huamual District, (2) determine whether or not there is a significant influence from organizational culture on the performance of SMA teachers in Huamual District, (3) determine whether or not there is a significant influence of work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Huamual District, and (4) determine whether there is a simultaneous significant influence of principal leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Huamual District. This type of research is Ex Post Facto research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 104 teachers selected by census technique. The data were obtained from closed questionnaires and were processed using regression test statistics. The results of this study are as follows, namely there is a positive and significant influence of 11.40% from the principal's leadership on the performance of high school teachers in Huamual sub-district, there is a positive and significant influence of 15.40% from organizational culture on the performance of high school teachers in Huamua sub-district, there is a positive and significant influence of 22.10% of teacher work motivation on high school teacher performance in Huamual sub-district, and there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of 24.00% from principal leadership, organizational culture, and teacher work motivation on high school teacher performance in Huamual sub-district.
