Optimalisasi Manajemen Pesantren dalam UU No. 18 Tahun 2019
Abstract
Abstract: Pesantren education is education that has been going on long before Indonesia's independence and has become an inseparable part of the life of its people. This is evidenced by the emergence of pesantren with all its variants that have survived to this day. The struggle of pesantren to maintain its existence is a long journey until it is finally recognized by the government as a whole as stipulated in Law no. 18 of 2019 concerning pesantren policies. Pesantren is recognized as a sub-part of the national education system and is given financial attention and is aligned with other educational institutions. The existence of Law no. 18 of 2019 concerning pesantren is a foothold in the management of education as well as a legal umbrella for the existence of Islamic boarding schools that take part in the continuity of education in Indonesia.
