Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Pembelajaran
Abstract
Peran guru sangat penting dalam proses belajar mengajar, serta dalam memajukan dunia pendidikan. Kualitas siswa dan dunia pendidikan sangat tergantung pada mutu guru. Karena itu, guru harus memiliki kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan agar dapat menjalankan tugas dan perannya dengan standar kompetensi yang ada. Guru harus memenuhi persyaratan kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi dalam pencapaian hasil belajar yang maksimal, menjadi seorang Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) di Sekolah harus melalui proses akademik agar memenuhi dalam kualifikasi dan kompotensi yang ditetapkan. Kegiatan belajar yang tidak efektif dan efesien menjadi persoalan besar di sekolah yang salah satu penyebabnya adalah peningkatan kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi Guru PAK. Dalam keberhasilan kegiatan pembelajaan tersebut, guru PAK harus dapat memenuhi kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi sebagai seorang pendidik. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan berbagai literature. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguraikan secara teori kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi apa saja yang harus dimiliki guru PAK dalam pembelajaran, sehingga guru dapat mempersiapkan kualifikasi dan potensi tersebut. Kesimpulannya dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah, peran guru sangatlah penting dan guru harus memiliki kualifikasi yang memadai sesuai peraturan pemerintah serta memiliki berbagai kompetensi dalam pembelajaran.

EDUKASIA will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. JOSI will only communicate with the corresponding author.

Being an open accessed journal and disseminating articles for free under the Creative Commons license term mentioned, author(s) aware that EDUKASIA entitles the author(s) to no royalties or other fees.
7. Miscellaneous
EDUKASIA will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed. EDUKASIA's editors may modify the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that deems appropriate.
